To meet your support requirements, we have created a very simple, easy-to-use ticket tracking system.

Submitting a New Ticket

This version of the support center is closed to new tickets and is only used as an archive. Please go to the new Farrell Documentation Ticket Submission page to log in with your new credentials and file a new ticket.

If you do not yet have a log in for the new site, use the Contact form to request one.

Checking Ticket History

Refer to the appropriate section below, depending on the date that your ticket was submitted.

Tickets submitted before July 2011

Use one of the following methods to check your ticket history.

  • You received an email after you opened your ticket. The email contains a link to view your ticket online. Click this link to view your ticket.
    — or —
  • Go to http://support.farrelldoc.com and enter your email address and any previous ticket number to view all of your tickets. If you don't have access to any previous ticket numbers, click the Forgot Ticket Number link to have a list of your ticket numbers emailed to you so that you can log in.

Tickets submitted after July 2011

Go to the new Farrell Documentation View Support Tickets page and log in with your new credentials. If you do not yet have a log in for the new site, use the Contact form to request one.
